2013 Prius C

Installed a remote start on a 2013 Prius vehicle starts and stops as it should from the key and the remote start but customer is saying there is now a hybrid error showing on the dash. There arent any check engine lights on just saying the hybrid system needs service. I called tech support and they suggested going to the dealer for service but the customer took it to a local service station who said the remote start is causing the problem. Has anyone else had this issue? i don't believe its from the remote start as I said it functions normally

2011 Subaru Impreza manual transmission won't remote start

Unit programmed and key dcryptor worked as well but it does not remote start as it should. The red light comes on when attempting to start but it shuts back off. If you hold the clutch in it works as it should. I tried a different unit and relay but it doesn't seem to make a difference

2009 Lexus RX350 door locks

I am having trouble with a 2009 Lexus RX350 door locks. I hardwired the locks with the purple and purple/white and I can hear the module click when I press lock or unlock but the doors don't lock or unlock. I know it's the right harness because the door locks didn't work at all when I unplugged the connector. I am using an EVO ONE and the firmware is 4.18 which tech support told me to use because otherwise the vehicle cranks but does not start.

2016 Kia Sorento cuts off after 10 seconds on remote start

Installing an EVO ONE on a 2016 Kia Sorento and there is no data wire. Unit programs fine but when you remote start it shuts off afer running for 10 seconds.
